OurTeam is a remote staffing and manpower outsourcing company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. We help businesses across the UAE and beyond hire pre-vetted remote professionals and outsourced teams, including developers, virtual assistants, HR specialists, customer support agents, managed remote teams, and more.

2 Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
3 Our Services
OurTeam provides the following categories of service, each of which may be subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work setting out specific scope, deliverables, and fees:
- Staffing & Remote Hiring, including the sourcing, vetting, and placement of remote developers, virtual assistants, marketers, and HR professionals.
- Outsourcing & Managed Teams, including customer support outsourcing, IT support outsourcing, marketing team outsourcing, back office support, offshore development teams, and managed remote teams.
Where a specific engagement requires its own terms, those terms will take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict, but only in relation to that engagement.
4 Client Obligations
If you engage OurTeam as a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, role requirements, and expectations.
- Respond to candidate matches, interview requests, and onboarding steps in a timely manner.
- Treat candidates and outsourced team members placed with you fairly and in accordance with applicable UAE labour regulations.
- Make payments in accordance with the fees and schedule agreed in your service agreement.
- Not directly solicit or engage a candidate introduced by OurTeam outside the terms of your agreement with us, except as permitted under that agreement.
6 Fees, Invoicing and Payment Terms
Fees for our services are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal and may vary depending on the type of engagement, such as a one time placement fee, a recurring management fee, or an outsourcing retainer.
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late payment charge, as permitted under applicable UAE law.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and VAT will be applied where applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with significantly overdue payments, following reasonable written notice.
7 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation continues for a reasonable period after the engagement ends, and does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing in a specific service agreement, any work product created by a remote professional specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement belongs to that client upon full payment. OurTeam retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, processes, and materials used to deliver our services, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of OurTeam’s own intellectual property to any client or candidate.
9 Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using our services, you also agree to the practices described there.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OurTeam harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent such claims arise from our own negligence or breach of these Terms.
12 Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the notice period set out in that agreement. OurTeam may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms in a material way, including non payment or unlawful conduct.
Termination does not affect any fees already owed for services delivered up to the date of termination.
13 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under these Terms where this is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or significant disruption to telecommunications or internet infrastructure.

Our website may contain links to third party websites. These Terms apply only to our own website and services, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party site.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients and candidates directly. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
