The interview process is then based on availability of both the client and the candidate but can generally be arranged within one week. Ideally we are extending an offer to a candidate within week 3 of the process.
After we have a discussion about the role, we will develop a detailed job description, including key responsibilities, qualifications, and any specific attributes you’re looking for in a candidate. Once we are aligned we will begin searching for the right candidate/s for your requirements.
